Hangrcy is an ambulance themed food truck that serves up some Flippin' Awesome, Sweet and Savory Silver Dollar Pancakes and Waffle Tacos.  

I am a Food Network Award Winning Chef & Pastry Chef that also used to be a firefighter and EMT. I thought I would put all that I know and love together to create an Ambulance themed food truck called Hangrcy (Hangry-Emergency). 

So I bought an old Ambulance and retro fitted it with my son to be able to sell Sweet and Savory Pancakes and Waffle Tacos. Everything is themed from the look and names of our menu items, the music we play, to sauces in syringes, to drinks served in IV bags!
